如題，我於12/05買了asos 後來一直沒有收到訂單確認信但有收到郵局金融卡圈存的簡訊，後來有寫信及FB留言給asos，信後來隔幾天有回然後說因為技術上問題所以才沒顯示，但它有在信的內容裡跟我說我的物品會於幾號抵達，過幾天看asos發現出貨了12/09(客服回信給我跟我說貨物發貨時我的訂單還處在order processing)
之後我就想說是平信就慢慢等，後來asos的FB客服在今天回應我(可是email的已經幫我解決問題了)
但我還是給了它email跟生日讓它幫我做查詢(但現在都還沒回我)
不過我卻在剛剛收到一封來自德國郵政的email但內容卻是關於貨物的追蹤
可是我只在asos買東西而且按track this order是平信啊！
我想問這物品追蹤是關於asos的嗎？謝謝大家！http://i.imgur.com/JwtHm1t.jpg
