並給我一段流水號碼
請問有人知道這段流水號要去哪使用嗎?

No don't worry on this occasion as it was a tech glitch we will happily cover
return cost - please just send this back the cheapest way possible and when
you have just get back in touch and quote the following reference number
(477****) and provide a copy of your returns receipt
