買家多次超商未取又再訂購該如何處理 - 網賣

大家好,我是近半年來多開始經營的小賣家
近兩個月遇到一位買家目前已有三次訂購超商取貨未取件的記錄
先前於第二次及第三次皆有致電詢問客人是否真的會取件
買家皆非常誠懇的抱歉後表示會取
不過最後都還是未取件被超商退回
三次運費我已負擔了60*3=180元
這兩天他又來訂購了
因超級商城的機制若由賣家取消訂單
前台會顯示缺貨率
但有前三次的經驗,真的無法在相信這位客人
請問版上前輩都會如何處理
是否有方法婉拒他的訂購呢?謝謝
