買家不肯處理後續 - 網賣

在露天賣出一件商品,先前已賣出幾件同樣的商品,客人反應都沒有問題
但這一位收到後立刻給我負評
我想讓她退貨我退款給她,然而對方迅速將物品送人,完全不想處理
我知道我的應對有待加強,然而我是真的想解決這件事,但對方不肯
我只能感到無比遺憾,不知道還有沒有辦法解決這件事,還是只能這樣了呢?
以下的意見是買家,回覆是賣家
意見:
相信花大錢購買,任何人都不希望收到不符合價錢物品
今天收到打開時,只有特典細心用氣泡袋裝
然真正刊本實物呢?只有薄薄一張牛皮紙?
本子整個被摧殘不已,邊角到處撞傷和凹下痕跡
看到這樣子怎不叫人氣憤 . . .
價格因 [ 排隊很久,高鐵票很貴,代購費高 ] OK 我能接受
真正因素 [ 附上稀有無料和特典 ],價錢貴上幾倍 OK 我也就認了
但麻煩最後用點良心包裝,應該不是件困難事吧
至少在拍賣頁上清楚打上或標示運送 " 包裝材料 "
而不是等買家真正收到時,才恍然大悟
就如前面所說,都願意花大錢購買了,難道還會計較包裝小錢嗎?

看到你的評價真是令我遺憾,你只付40元的郵資,而我考慮物品運送的保護性,
所以選用了65元便利袋,因為便利袋是厚紙殼,加上我再用牛皮紙包覆書本,在
四個角的部分來防止衝撞,如此二層的保護,仍是未能讓你滿意,我的用心沒有
讓你感受到,實是是很令人難過.
這次的交易可以看出大大很不滿意,我一點也不想因為你個人主觀的意見而接
受這次負評,麻煩大大將東西退回,我會將書款+郵資返回給你,謝謝!

我賣場上商品的包裝從頭到尾都是這樣包的,從來沒出過問題,而且有眾多買家
都稱讚我包裝仔細,保護很好,詳情請見我其他的評價,所以,對以包裝這點,我
不懂我要反省什麼?
既然大大您不滿意,收到你的負評,實是對我來說是種無妄之災,請讓我們取消
交易,麻煩您將物品退回,並給我您的退款帳戶,待我收到退書後,我會退款給您

除了您覺得很妥當外,又有眾多買家的稱讚
所以一切事實就屬我個人偏袒的主觀意見嗎?
那只付40元郵資,也並非不是我個人所抉擇
您自行在賣場上所打運費,除了40元難道就還有65元郵資嗎?
其他買家稱讚是因為他們沒遇到跟我一樣的事
還是說因個人地處花東地區,路途遙遠本子運送過程碰撞機率大
然於其他賣家交易過的28次,怎麼就沒呢?

呵呵,誰願意把空閒時間花在跟人爭吵上?
再者,會有評價之分本來就是給予買家的權利
哪能因為今日只有我一人給您差評,您覺得這是種無妄之災

意見: 那我很肯定您願意退書退錢,這點值得稱讚
不過本子已經被送出,也不好意思再跟人要回
所以您所提出的方案也不需要了,謝謝
該說的我都說,物品有撞傷這點就是事實
在三天內確實匯款完成,做到您對買家下訂規範也是事實
若您因此要給我個報復性評價,一切全憑您捫心自問
最後,給您個中肯建議,接受不了差評就別再拍賣了
相信就算沒我這次,誰也難保證不會有下一次呢?
此後也不再做些爭辯,您我同樣都不好受

回覆: 很遺憾買家無法理性與我溝通,而且迅速將刊本送人這點實在很奇怪,
收到有問題的商品不是要馬上與賣家連絡,商量處理後續,例如退換貨,退書退
款等,然而買家迅速給我負評,並一味指責,完全擺爛不想處理,我不想胡亂猜測
買家的用意,只能請各位買家及賣家自行判斷是非,公道自在人心.
