買家下標後要殺價 - 網賣

請問大家
買家下標後用悄悄話問說可不可以賣200元，因為別的買家都賣這個價錢...
直接殺了快100了，因為他是直接下標，也沒有事先詢問賣家要不要讓他殺，
事後再這樣，現在又說不買了，有需要再跟我說。
遇到這種情形大家會讓他殺嗎?
如果他要棄標是他要負責提出取消交易還是我可以直接棄標投訴就好，
遇到這種人真的很無言呀!
