我有個問題想請教大家!
我只是一般的非營利賣家，平常就是把清衣櫃把二手衣上架。
有個買家在露天跟我買了一條全新未下過水的牛仔褲如下圖:

待她收到貨隔幾天突然告知我說她將褲子下水後就破損，洗的時候還有汙水。
(全新的褲子第一次下水會有汙水是正常現象吧!!)

請問這應該是人為惡意破壞的程度了? 她還跟我說是手洗的。
我有另一條也是全新同款不同色的褲子，材質就一般的彈性牛仔布
它並沒有薄到容易破成這樣。
請問賣二手商品應該不適用消保法第19條的7天鑑賞期吧?
已經在關於我先聲明一概售出不接受退貨，更何況這是已下過水還疑似惡意破壞的。
所以我應該有立場堅持不給退吧? 謝謝!
