請問美國境內Priority Mail問題 - 海外購物

不好意思，這可能和國際購物沒直接關係，若不合版旨請告知，
若願意回答我，謝謝您~
因為有美國朋友回台灣，想說可以省國際運費，就填了對方住址
但沒想到美國郵政效率，唉‧‧‧
想請問Priority Mail因為美國境內有追蹤碼，所以是類似台灣的掛號嗎？
因為朋友回美國已經是18天後，包裹是會在信箱裡，
還是像台灣一樣會有招領單？如果有，那會有領取期限嗎？(台灣是15天)
如果有期限，過了期限未取，是會退回原店家嗎？
