請問Google Checkout 的認證問題 - 海外購物

因為Google Checkout的討論很少

所以想問一下

第一次用Google Checkout付款

他會要求提供信用卡驗證資料...

A recent credit/debit card statement with only

the last four digits of your card visible and

the rest of your card number blacked out.

Please ensure that the billing address matches

what is on file in your Google Checkout account.

You may submit a copy of your electronic or paper statement.

請問要給他哪些資料呢?

每個人都會遇到這情況嗎?

還是只有台灣的卡片會遇到?
