評價0的買家還是不賣的好 - 網賣

最近幾天露天有幾個評價0的買家來下標，常常不是沒結帳，不然就是重覆下標.
發悄悄話過去，大多都是不回應，要求取消交易也都不回的.
這 2 天還遇到貨到付款的地址是查無此人的.
感覺露天評價0來搞亂的買家特別多，自己遇到10個裡大概會有6個來亂的.
不知道其它賣家有沒有這種感覺 ?
