我是在網路上看到DELL 螢幕跟筆店很便宜就下單的鄉民
(19"螢幕一台, 第二波筆電兩台; 都是預備自用)
基本上我遇到的案子與詐騙沒有兩樣,
(小冊子第十二頁)
1) 利用低於一般市價行情, 誘惑民眾下單
2) 下單後, 警示民眾買家趕快匯款(七天內要匯款), 造成買家心理困擾因而匯款
3) 匯款後並未接到任何"實體"出貨通知以及"個案"退款通知
想跟大家討論 有以上困擾者, 是否可以就打165 凍結我們所匯款過去的帳戶?
ps, 警政署貼心小提醒一, 165為付費特殊電話, 室話免費, 手機約減半(每分鐘三元)
警政署貼心小提醒二, 晚上為高峰期, 手機用戶請白天撥通
