我姐用在大遠百的櫃買了一個特價999的尼龍後背包,完全沒用過沒拆塑膠套在蝦皮賣
他問了一些基本的問題跟要求實拍細圖也都給了,只是大刀殺價沒有成功
重點是實拍圖也照了,出貨是沒有錄影
但是有在箱子上面寫很大字的"拆開請錄影"而且怕透明膠帶被割開重貼,我們字還寫在箱子跟膠帶交界,這樣一拆開就會把字撕起來
重點是買家今天申請退貨他說
"我揹出去拿個東西 要拉好久"
"剛已經開到整個上火"
"哈哈"
然後我姐回覆他
"我在專櫃購買的時候就是這樣,當場試了同款的幾個都是這樣,櫃姐也說是因為全新品拉鍊會比較不順"
買家就一口咬定拉鍊原本就有問題了
但是拍照跟出貨前拉拉鍊都是小卡
然後他又說"要很用力才能拉開"
質疑我們為什麼沒有告知拉鍊有問題
有回覆他說,如果覺得商品有問題應該找該品牌才對,他卻反問我們
"拉鍊本身有問題" "但是你有告知嗎"
但是,這就是全新品啊,沒有用過怎麼知道拉鍊有問題,我們正常擺放拍照都只是覺得有點
然後他說他打給消基會,說退貨可以成立
目前已經知道流程怎麼走,請我考慮一下,語氣很強硬
剛剛打電話去消基會問,他說商品不論是不是專業賣家,七天都可以退,但前提是要原封不
打去蝦皮客服問,要我們這邊舉證拉鍊原本寄出時沒有問題,但是我們非專業賣家沒有錄影
重點
1.拉鍊只是因為全新所以可能有點不順,我剛好買了一個新長夾,也是剛開很順後來就很順了,但是等買家拉順東西就變舊了
2.商品是全新的,櫃姐說都是這樣
感覺蝦皮會讓退貨成立
但是我覺得很奇怪的是應該是讓買家提出拉鍊有問題的證明吧
他都用過了,不能算鑑賞期啊
我們這邊提不出證據
甚至我懷疑原本只是不順
他一直強調他拉的很大力,該不會拉壞了吧
