蝦皮系統凍結 - 網賣

昨天傍晚左右收到一封信,內容大致如下:
親愛的 ThreeComma, 您好!
因為你的帳號違反了蝦皮政策,我們目前已限制了你在蝦皮上的部分功能。
你可以點選以下連結,閱讀蝦皮服務條款,已瞭解更多細節:

很抱歉限制使用你的帳號功能,若你有任何問題,歡迎透過 [email protected] 聯繫我
們,或撥打(02) 6636-6559 客服專線。若接下來的30天內,我們未收到你提出的疑慮,

當下收到原本想打客服,結果時間早就過六點...
結果今天早上打去詢問原因,
客服表示經過系統加上人工判定我的帳號有重複買賣的行為,
我就問他說那請問經過人工判定後的是哪幾筆?
他就開始跳針這都是系統審查的結果...= =
我的賣場主要是經營代購生意,
不敢說全部商品,只要是我有PO上去都會是蝦皮最便宜,
當然很多客人會回購,結果我要問客服到底哪幾筆有問題他們也說不出所以然,
這樣到底賣家是要怎麼搞,
然後現在整個算是做起來了,評價也衝破千一段時間了,
馬上莫名凍結..我真的超無言的。
最近才覺得蝦皮把電腦端介面弄得還算方便管理,
結果馬上被莫名凍結帳戶,
連想要自清對質的機會都沒有,
我還加問客服既然凍結就是沒救了,那信上要我們打進來詢問要幹嘛?
客服就開始跳針我們是經過系統判斷的結果 (loop) .....真的是華文華武
