英國網站購買兒童用 包裹被退回英國 - 海外購物

不好意思想請問大家

我在英國網站購買 兒童用品(拼圖 服飾等小東西)

但是還沒有收到包裹 就接到通知 說部分商品被海關拒絕退回

但是我沒有接到海關 或是任何的通知 就被退回 請問是為什麼呢?

(寶寶衣服 和拼圖也不是違禁品啊...)

這個網站貨品是由dhl寄送的

請問我該詢問誰呢?之前有購買成功過 都沒有被退回的狀況

包裹沒接到通知 一大部分就被退回

這樣真的很浪費國際運費><



以下是網站客服人員的回覆

I've just checked with the delivery courier and was informed that the reason
why the items were returned was because they couldn't pass it through the
customs and hence was returned back to us.


不知道有沒有人有類似的狀況 謝謝大家!
