美國網購訂單被扣（透過集貨代運) - 海外購物

請問有版友遇過這種狀況嗎？

跟美國知名戶外用品網站下訂單
地址就填代運業者在美國境內的集貨倉
卻收到訂單被扣的通知，及以下信件，
請問該怎麼回信才不會被砍單呢？
不知有沒有版友有經驗可以提供建議，感謝

5) Why is your order shipping to a freight forwarder?
