網拍退貨問題 - 網賣

大家好,初次在此發文,
因為友人在做網拍時遇到一些糾紛,所以想在這邊問問看有經驗的前輩。
如果內文有任何不適切的地方也煩請告知,會立刻改掉。

友人A有一陣子從事網拍工作(下稱賣家)
某日消費者向賣家購買兒童衣物,消費者於 9/27 取貨,
到了 9/28 當日,消費者認為衣物尺寸不合,於是提出退貨申請。
賣家也答應消費者退貨的申請。
但 9/28 之後消費者卻完全沒有消息。
直到 10/5 時,消費者寄了存證信函過來,以七天鑑賞期之理由,請求退款。
現在很納悶的是,
1, 賣家從一開始已告知可退款了,但一直等不到人,卻等來一張存證信函。
2, 自 9/27 交貨開始,然後 9/28 到 10/5 已經八天,應該已經過了鑑賞期。
而消費者現在跟賣家要求下星期一(10/16)退貨。
不是說不能退,而且這也不是什麼大錢,
只是原本想配合退款,結果感覺反而被擺了一道,現在有點火大了...
像這種狀況,可以拒絕消費者的請求嗎?
因為這幾天查了一些網路購物糾紛的狀況,
很少看到這種賣家想配合,結果消費者不配合的狀況 = ="
所以想問問看版上比較有經驗的前輩們應對的方式。
另外以上購物流程之中的對話紀錄都有保留下來,
如果真的要對簿公堂是否可以當成證據?
