筆電價格再標錯 消基會籲唾棄戴爾

知名大電腦品牌戴爾日前錯標顯示器價格,事隔不到半月,昨天再度標錯筆電價格。由於
上回戴爾的後續處理遭消保會批評「沒誠意」,此次協商消保會坦言「不樂觀」,會再度
移送公平會調查。消基會也呼籲消費者唾棄、抵制戴爾,不能讓戴爾為所欲為。
消保官吳政學指出,網路購物糾紛層出不窮,經濟部應訂出網站購物契約生效的具體時間
,及業者須負擔的賠償責任。消保會會將本案移送公平會調查,再決定戴爾是否涉嫌廣告
不實。消費者若不滿賠償,可至消基會請求法律協助。
戴爾日前將19吋顯示器價格誤標為五百元,20吋誤標九百九十元,導致五小時內湧進十萬
多筆訂單,近五百名網友憤而向消保會申訴。戴爾上回提出賠償每名消費者一千元至三千
元折價券,遭消保會批評「不負責、沒誠意」。
「消保會日前邀集戴爾、消基會等相關單位協商,提出階梯式折扣外,也希望戴爾能提供
流通性較高的禮券作為補償。」消保官吳政學表示,戴爾未採納協商意見,提出的折價券
方案與協商結果相距甚大,「還對外說是與消保會、消基會共同協商的結果,令人生氣。
」
戴爾也曾在大陸標錯價,最後以七五折及限購五台的方式作為賠償。消保會透露,六月底
的顯示器錯標事件中,多方協商的結果原本與七五折相距不遠,「誰知戴爾回去後作出的
決策與協商完全不同。」
消保會表示,與戴爾交手經驗相當莫名其妙,每回聯繫總需花上很多時間,戴爾的答案永
遠都是「還在想」,談好的決定回去後還會變卦。
「消費者不該漠視戴爾的處理方式,應予唾棄。」消基會董事長謝天仁指出,消保會都已
對外公布顯示器誤標的協商建議,戴爾擅自修正後竟還說是多方共識。「消費者若不對這
種欺騙手法表達憤怒,會使整體消費環境退步。」消基會呼籲戴爾面對錯誤、付出代價。
