請問
1.
如果說一個在yahoo拍賣的商店名字
若其他賣家也使用同樣的名字 這樣是否有侵權呢?
如果說 我的賣場已經申請logo商標權 例如 我的商店是賣女裝 商店名字叫藍天CUTE鋪
那其他賣家商店名字也是 藍天CUTE鋪 這樣我可以告他嗎????
2.
在yahoo拍賣上 我的商品都是自行拍照 剪接 修片
這樣做好的照片完成品
我放上logo到這張完成品上
另外個賣家 未經我的同意 copy我的圖片 還把我的logo塗掉
這樣yahoo有權力幫我把對方賣家商品下架嗎??
還是可以去告他 侵權我的商品圖片呢?
