淘寶買東西物流地址出錯怎麼辦 - 網店

前幾天在淘寶上訂購手機殼
可是我發現系統默認了之前送往711的地址
我跟賣家重新下單後依然無法更改地址
於是我直接問物流能不能改，得到的答案是可以
物流(四方集運)跟我說，要我注意貨物入庫，只要一入庫就密他們改地址
我也密了也改了，他們也確定跟我說改好了
結果今天我追看物流發現地址訊息根本沒有改啊！
我這次買的東西根本不是用711代收，他們送到711一定被拒收
而且今天密他們是不是真的有改只是電腦不會顯示而已，給我的答覆卻是已經出庫沒辦法更改
後來我傳了截圖之後證明他們確實是說幫我改好的，結果到現在還沒回覆我
有人遇過這樣的情況嗎？
我有留電話，被拒收的話物流會打給我約時間拿貨嗎？
天啊物流也太不負責任吧哪有這樣送貨的…說改了結果沒改，傻眼
