淘寶 賣家改價導致顯示未付款 - 網店

在我付完五樣商品的款項後，其中的一個賣家改價，導致他的商品顯示未付款，其他四個都正常有核對到。
後來我重付款賣家改價後的商品，當然就正常能顯示已付。但我的銀行確定在第一次都有付到五樣商品的款項，而我去支付寶查，查不到我多付的錢跑去哪里，原本有問題的商品因我重付，所以顯示是買家已付費，但那是我第二次付的啊，那第一次付的錢，支付寶或淘寶網，能查詢到嗎？昨天我花了一天的時間請客服查，完全沒用，不知道我在講什麼，真的是花一天的時間，小二也查不到。
有人有遇到過嗎？支付寶網頁找不到你多付的錢跑去那。
