椒麻雞丁辣度改良法 - 大賣場

之前在板上看到一些板友大推這款新商品~
趁這次特價~也不手軟的拎了三袋回家~
不過因為有人說又辣又麻~所以先試吃一點~
嘖嘖~真的是辣度勉強可以接受~但真的很麻 @@"
看大家的方法都是加料或加水降低辣度~
於是今天我就跑去菜市場買了豆芽菜跟洋蔥回家~
首先洋蔥切丁~豆芽菜洗好瀝乾備用~再切點紅蘿蔔絲~
重點是把椒麻雞丁裡看得到的辣椒跟花椒都挑掉~
再倒少許油爆香洋蔥丁加入雞丁快炒~
最後加入豆芽菜&蘿蔔絲~炒熟即可上桌~
(豆芽菜後放也是希望避免菜類吸收太多辣度)
我的吃法是盛一盤白飯~把炒好的料直接鋪在上面~
然後再煎一顆蛋黃半熟的荷包蛋放上面~
吃的時候~戳破蛋黃~蛋汁混著雞丁跟芽菜~大口大口扒飯~
真的很過癮~而且還有吃到很多菜 = =+
這樣的作法~把辣度大大降低又不失原風味~
連平常只敢吃微微辣的小妹都愛吃!
