事情是這樣子的
我曾在民國94年時在該協會到我們學校宣傳時，心動繳了5500的費用
她也給我一張收據
但是在這之後我從來沒去上過課
只有一張5500的收據
請問這樣子可以退費嗎？
當初我尚未年滿20歲
剛剛我有打去問
但是小姐說他們只在七天內退全額、一個月內退50%的金額
而我已經超過三年
不過小姐有說他會去問，在禮拜五前會回覆我
敢請版上的大大們，這樣子我有辦法把錢拿回來嗎？
