以顧客角度來說,獲得一個好的或者完整服務,應該是最基本的。
但我很想問一個我想不透的問題,搭公車,司機車壞了,半路把大家請下車,但沒有給大家證明或幫忙叫旁車停下來載,我想申訴,但內心又覺得,看到司機在那裡捲起袖子,一直弄車,很辛苦。
超商店員不知道什麼叫不要印發票,所以印出來然後沒給客人,因為是在校內的,看到他就覺得很辛苦打工的大學生,不知道該不該告知他。
只是類似這樣的事很多,但我常常覺得,人沒有多厲害,我無需打趴對方,但我自以為的同理,是對的嗎?
