我們承重主要靠骨骼系統,所以行走、久站、久坐時多採用骨骼系統支持重量的方式,
比如說有時走路可以膝不打直或足根不著地走一段路,坐著可以前仰後傾讓重心偏離軸
心,但較容易疲乏,不適合作為長期使用的姿勢。
一般的負重系統基礎就是把重心放在貼近身體的地方,並利用強健的髖關節至足的下肢
骨關節系統承重,背部的脊柱系統這種不是受力的主要部位,原po似乎把皮膚表面的觸
覺受器的不敏感當成能承重的主因,而一般這類壓力覺、觸覺類的機械性受器主要和單
位面積承受的壓力有關,就像你用塑膠袋重物時如果握把太細會覺得壓力明顯大,分散
用粗的提把就會覺得接觸點舒適許多,背包的厚肩帶,背版也是類似的作用,承重時身
體裡面的某些本體受器(像你閉眼也能感覺身體的位置)也會參與感知重量,而本體受器
多數位於肌腱、肌梭這類結締組織,如果承重時不是靠骨頭、而是靠肌肉來支撐就會明
顯感覺重量增加,原po背負極輕重量的情況下不適合和背重的人比較承重的感覺,因為
比較基礎就不同,同樣身上5kg怎麼帶著走會感覺較輕才會是同基礎的比較,而同樣5kg
分散到腰帶、衣服仍會造成較輕的感覺,簡單的比較腰包和背包帶小體積的東西(較大
的東西在腰包往往會使重心偏離體軸太多),背部應該沒明顯較輕的優勢。
