那天和同事分了一條其貌不揚的鯖魚,
同事跟我說,剛買時不鹹,但是會越放越鹹,水份會越來越少。
拿回家後放在冷藏兩天,正常要放冷凍保存。
想說再不煎,可能會很腥,剛好沒牙齒的婆婆來,呵呵呵,
馬上搭上平底鍋,不放油唷,因為魚本身的油脂會逐漸釋出,
而且好市多已經清完內臟且剖半,也就是說冷凍庫抓下來馬上可以下鍋。
很好煎,確定筷子可以穿透且赤赤後,就起鍋... ...
結果,我婆婆默默地吃完1/4,讓我好生驚訝,
因為她不太吃沒吃過的東西,雖然沒有稱讚,但是我相信她覺得好吃。
後來自己和老公夾來吃,嗯~豐厚的油脂,鹹香的味道,軟嫩滑口的魚肉
讓我有吃煎鮭魚的錯覺。
後來發現配粥吃更是一絕,讚讚讚!
隔天馬上拜託同事再帶我去扛了四條。
好事多海鮮類、肉類附近有袋子,可以順手抽幾枚分裝冷凍,
因為他一盒都是4尾,一般一尾在110~170元附近,秤重的。
對於外食族的二口之家或三口之家,我很推薦喔。
因為在外面要吃到好吃的鯖魚並不容易,自家煎更衛生健康。
重點是他比一般黃昏市場賣的日本鯖魚更不鹹,也更新鮮。
這也是繼好市多大浴巾和石安牧場溫泉蛋後,令我瘋狂的一項佳作!
大家可以試試喔,雖然我很怕以後變熱門商品。
