各位版友大家好 第一次在貴版發文 若有錯誤 麻煩告知一下 感恩
有個問題想請教大家
日前中秋連假 參加某FB官網的拉霸活動
幸運中獎了 所以就私訊詢問小編何時會寄出獎品
小編卻回說系統故障 其實我是中小獎 所以抽中的大獎不算 要我再重抽
可是明明就已經中獎了 卻不承認 不願意寄出獎品 私訊也不回應
請問這該怎麼辦呢? 如何才可以得到我的獎品
難道舉辦抽獎活動 是主辦說不算就可以不算數的嗎?
雖然我不是消費者 只是抽獎者 這樣也可以投訴消保嗎?
實在是不太了解 所以想麻煩各位版友解惑 謝謝各位
