把滴妹、古娃娃品牌推進全家,大賣百萬支!PressPlay是何方神聖?
走進便利商店、量販通路,如今在冰品、飲品貨架上,開始出現各種YouTuber推出的自創品
牌品牌。像是滴妹的手搖品牌「再睡5分鐘」,就打進全家便利商店,將現煮咖啡、紅茶加
上一層濃郁的棉被奶蓋,吸引許多粉絲嘗鮮;另一個聯名產品:「棉被午茉綠」口味霜淇淋
,更寫下大賣200萬支的好成績。
另一位YouTuber古娃娃推出的聯名作品WA!COOKIES雪糕,在全家、全聯通路,也賣出超過5
00萬支的佳績。
這些聯名商品的幕後,是網紅經紀公司PressPlay將網路聲量帶到實體商品,讓影響力變現
。它是如何運作?有什麼策略?
PressPlay如何將網紅影響力變現?
創立於2016年的PressPlay以「 影響力變現 」為核心,旗下有PressPlay Academy線上教學
平台、PressPlay Next兩大事業體。其中,PressPlay Next事業旗下業務,除了創作者經紀
、課程內容的製作之外,更進一步協助創作者推出自有品牌。
PressPlay共同創辦人郭全榮回憶,在2018年時,明顯感受到創作者廣告業務的難度正在增
加,「當時經歷一個網路流量的大型轉換,創作者要靠廣告業務(業配合作)變現的難度比
初期更高。」因此,PressPlay開始有了協助創作者自創品牌的想法,而且不是僅有少量品
牌試水溫,是要真正推動自創品牌成為一個網紅的新商業模式。「我們像是孵化器與VC(創
業投資,Venture Capital)的綜合體,」他這樣定位。
把網紅品牌推到極致!PressPlay三大策略,目標3年打造30個創作者品牌
如今,PressPlay已協助孵化7個品牌,除了再睡5分鐘、WA!COOKIES之外,還有YouTuber金
針菇的韓國食品品牌「金家ㄟ」、千千所推出的台式料理品牌「水哦」等。而且在過去幾年
,PressPlay年度新品牌越來越多,目標在未來3~5年能夠在台灣市場至少累積30個創作者
品牌。
不只如此,「希望每個品牌在第一年可以做到3~4,000萬元新台幣,並保持每年50%的成長
幅度,在經營3年之後就能達到億元的年營收規模。」目前旗下的7個品牌,也正以這樣的步
調成長當中,期許能進一步帶動PressPlay創作者品牌業務總營收能每年翻倍成長。
未來該如何達到目標?他指出以下3大關鍵:
策略一:鎖定3大剛需市場拼消費轉移
起初,PressPlay是先聚焦在食品類別開始推出創作者品牌。「食品消費頻次高、購買門檻
低,大家願意嚐鮮的接受度高,」郭全榮說。
不過,從今年開始,PressPlay要正式走出食品類別, 在未來3~5年,PressPlay除了食品
之外,也將跨足家庭生活、女性生活用品,共經營3大類別 。「這些都是市場上的剛需產業
,市場需求一直在那裡、也有既定玩家,我們拼的是消費轉移。」
他舉例,像是千億市值的手搖飲市場非常競爭,滴妹在2018年發布了一支「實測6家全糖珍
奶」影片之後,觀看數至今累積了超過196萬次,而後在頻道上每一支有關珍珠奶茶的影片
,都能有突破百萬的好成績。「滴妹是『全糖珍奶女神』這樣的標籤非常清楚,就能夠驅動
影響力,搶下市場機會。」
策略二:化身「孵化器」,同時孕育創業家、管理職
在找到適合的創作者、與適合的創業項目之後,PressPlay除了要協助創作者聚焦品牌核心
、經營「創業家」新身分之外,同時也要協助新品牌建立管理團隊。 「我們不但孵化創作
者成為創業家,也同時是一個管理職的孵化器,讓更多有興趣的年輕世代可以加入。」郭全
榮說。
郭全榮分享,PressPlay的模式是在品牌創立的第一年,會在PressPlay內部孵化,安排一位
營運經理來研究各產業的市場機會,並且由找來行銷、供應鏈等等專業領域的夥伴加入。但
一年之後就要成為獨立公司自行運作,在市場上找到自身的定位、成長曲線。
在未來,PressPlay Next的創作者品牌業務,也不僅止於為旗下創作者開發品牌。從明年開
始,還會看到更多外部創作者的品牌亮相。
策略三:整合多品牌,進軍通路
不僅是協助單一品牌成為一間獨立的企業,對於PressPlay來說,整合資源讓多品牌共享也
是重要優勢。「像是與全家的合作就是一檔接一檔,在明年也能看到更多合作。」郭全榮說
。
PressPlay旗下第一個進到全家便利商店的商品,是WA!COOKIES雪糕,在上架第一個月就賣
出百萬支佳績。隨後更多品牌也開始進到全家通路,像是「金家ㄟ」在近期大規模推出9款
聯名商品,其中囊括鮮食、蒸包、酷繽沙等等品類。
「單一品牌跟多品牌的談判條件一定不同,」郭全榮說,今後PressPlay會與更多通路拓展
這樣的合作模式。像是WA!COOKIES已經進到量販體系銷售,這樣的通路資源也會是未來其
他品牌可以學習的模式。郭全榮也透露,「以後我們會進到百貨商場,先洽談但一品牌進去
,其他品牌沿用條件,這都是已經在發生的事情。」
