版上大大們好,
想請教一下手機保固的問題
在下在中華電信辦了神腦保固的V3手機
使用半年多(保固一年)
上週突然沒了螢幕畫面
連著盒書帶去神腦櫃檯
服務人員說
"沒有什麼突然壞掉,一定是人為因素吧?"
"我的手機怎麼不會突然壞掉?"
......聽完之後一整個......覺得不可思議!!
我說這樣可以幫我送修檢查嗎?
對方說一定要填寫人為原因才可以送修......
想請教版友是否有手機送修的經驗
都是這麼 機(積)...極的要顧客寫有疏失才能送修嗎?
所以我昨天就沒有給那家修......
還是我該換家神腦試試看?
希望是我自己運氣不好,不要一桿子打番神腦保固才好~
我該怎麼處理會比較好呢?
