原來~在實體店面購買商品
一旦經過使用後,就不得退換
除非商品本身有問題
話說22日那天去新*三越的飛*普買二台電動掃把(有幫我阿姨買一台)
結果回去使用過後發現非常難用~
根本不是難用,是不能用的難用~
想要去退
結論是~不能退
因為拆開過了所以不能退
打去消基會問也是如此~
只能自認倒楣~
不過在我努力在該百貨及該專櫃廠商人員溝通後
同意我自行附擔耗材的費用就讓我換
其實該很滿足了~至少消基會的人說這樣己經很好了
但讓我不開心的是中間溝通過程
新*百貨說她們無能為力,她們只是第三者
飛*普說用過不能退是常識~
哎~~~~~~~
好市多,家樂福,區臣氏等其它百貨大賣場
都有良好的退貨機制
但一間那麼大的百貨卻在售後服務中
說出讓人那麼不舒服的話
不過我自己也有不對我知道啦
文章也沒有很客觀
只是一種情緒的舒發啦
請大家就不要在說我笨或不三思而後行~~
在跟大家說一件事
是飛*普的人說的,我們只要自行附擔掃把頭毛的費用
因為我們用過別的消費者就不會想買
但電池部份並沒有要我們附擔
也就是說~他會把我們退的東西從新整理後去賣
哎~對該品牌跟該百貨一點信心也沒有了
