已回覆身分證ID但i-parcel還一直寄信 - 海外購物

請問一下這樣是正常的嗎?
在英國亞馬遜8/3有網購商品，8/6就收到i-parcel要補身分證ID的信，
當時也第一時間就網頁回覆，但8/8，8/9，8/10又連寄了三封同樣的信，
標題：IMPORTANT: Additional information is required

同樣點選連結網頁都是顯示，無法再加任何內容：
Thank you! Your missing information has been collected for AEI*****單號

到亞馬遜網頁只查到以下訊息
Delivery By i-parcel
Tracking ID: AE**************65
