我是賣家,3/10寄錯SIZE給買家,
買家收到當下就已經聯絡我
因為是我的疏忽,賣家也表明很急
所以我當天就以宅配在他指定時間內寄回正確SIZE給他,並且補上請對方寄回商品的運費
買家起初也承諾將商品寄回,
但一個月下來,中間買家說要退回,後來又說要買下商品
但是遲遲沒有收到買家的匯款,買家不是出國就是忙
但買家的態度讓我覺得他就是想能拖就拖........
請問我該如何處理?賣場有買家的下標記錄,還有寄貨單據也都在,LINE也有對話紀錄
商品價值大概4000元,實在不想就這樣就算了
