早餐吃麥片或穀片已經維持好一陣子
很多吃起來都差不多 但這盒是我吃過料最多的

有全穀燕麥 蔓越莓 枸杞 藍莓 醋栗 杏仁 胡桃
芝麻籽 南瓜籽 肉桂
料多種但吃起來是肉桂跟杏仁味道居多
杏仁跟肉桂很挑人~自己是蠻愛的
甜度一分甜，跟牛奶一起吃或是杏仁奶也很搭
早餐這一碗已足矣，很有飽足感
