客人要退貨但隱瞞吊牌已剪及下水 - 網賣

想請問大家，客人說商品顏色跟預期不同不能接受，我也心軟答應讓她退了，
但是剛剛收到退回商品發現，
吊牌被剪掉後附上，
衣服也有明顯的洗衣精香味
光是這兩點，我自己覺得這退貨根本不能成立
但她從一開始說要退貨都沒提到吊牌跟衣服已經下水的事情，非常不老實，這樣可以算詐欺？
我是不是可以主張不退款，請她自行取回商品或補運費才寄回呢？
如果她一直裝死不付運費，我會被告侵佔嗎？
