很多人說M雞塊就是用紅龍雞塊做的~但為什麼自己炸或烤出來的吃起來不像
原因是我們自己做出來的雞塊~肉汁比M的多~皮也比M的酥脆(炸的才有辦法)
如何將雞塊做得像M一樣?很簡單
先烤熟一遍(炸的沒試過)~通常第一次烤熟後~皮都軟軟的~吃起來會讓人覺得說
裡面肉沒有M的紮實~其實這是錯覺XD
接下來~就放置一段時間(放到冷掉或硬掉都可以~這時候的雞塊皮會縮小硬掉)
然後~再拿去烤一遍~烤完後吃下去~口感就跟M一模一樣XD
外皮把肉包得很密實(因為縮掉了)~都沒空隙~跟M一樣
完 有興趣可以試看看^^
之所以發現這方法是誤打誤撞...中午烤雞塊吃不完~放到晚上12點再拿出來吃
就變這樣子XD
