身為第一線的醫護人員,每天看著現場等待人數始終是"99"
三不五時就有病患用千奇百怪的理由想要插隊,
像「我等下要趕火車、客運、飛機!?」「我等下要去補習、上班、接小孩」
「我是那個XXX的OOO」「院長、副院長、主任要急著看我的報告!!!」
不給插隊還會被投訴,還要寫改善報告........唉............
但是只要聽到一聲"謝謝",大部分的不滿都會消失~~~
之前在收檢體時發現檢驗單上黏著一張小紙條
