含肉量40%~也許大家第一眼看到都會懷疑吧!畢竟被大賣場的
包裝羊肉爐騙怕了,像x芳羊肉爐、台x羊肉爐等,含肉量少得可憐;
簡直像只喝羊肉湯再送幾塊肉。如今紅龍主打含肉量高達40%,
我倒想試試是否廣告為真?紅龍羊肉爐一份包裝裡含有兩小包,
很適合好朋友或同事一同購買。
紅龍傳統羊肉爐(2份裝)/原價499元(特價435元)
退冰後就可以放進料理鍋加熱囉!果真紅龍沒騙人,
這樣的含肉量才叫做吃羊肉爐嘛!白點是油脂並非發霉,不用太擔心。
唯一讓我遺憾的地方就是湯量比較不足,不管任何品牌一小包是1200克,
那麼紅龍的羊肉就佔了480克,難免湯量就會偏少;還好湯頭濃度很夠,
就算加白開水進去,味道依究香濃;而且喜歡酒味的朋友,
可以自行再添加米酒進去,味道將更美味。
您看看這肉塊把正常的湯匙塞得滿滿地,我吃羊肉爐最怕羊肉上
還留有未處理乾淨的毛,紅龍的肉塊處理得十分乾淨,
也沒有讓人害怕的羊騷味。加上肉塊有瘦、有肥、有軟,口感層次超豐富,
一塊肉就能吃進三種不同的肉質,真是過癮呀!
料理非常的簡單,直接放進料理鍋加熱即可。嫌料不夠的朋友,
就自行加入喜歡的火鍋料,尤其推薦加入高麗菜和火鍋配菜之王~茼萵,
這樣湯頭會更鮮美甘甜喲!另外在店家吃羊肉爐都會有好吃的沾醬,
而這個沾醬就是豆腐乳,所以買瓶豆腐乳回家自行壓成泥更是好吃的沾醬囉!
覺得太鹹的話,豆腐乳不要放太多,再淋一點羊肉爐的湯汁即可。
這幾天寒流過境,天氣冷收颼颼吃火鍋料理最適合呢!
不過也小心別吃過量,免得普林含量過高引發痛風就不好了。
