雖然增利在版上名聲不怎麼好
但因為順豐好貴、樂趣購又曾經把東西寄到人間蒸發
所以平常官方集運我還是都選了增利,用起來也沒什麼問題,幾年來抖內了可觀的運費
直到這次雙11.........
在集運時,其實我很少注意或質疑集運報的重量,頂多在看到大衣之類的品項時,「哦~
原來這麼大件(重)啊!」
直到這次,我買了一個塑膠首飾盒,尺寸如圖

到了轉運倉在集運時,覺得運費有點貴,仔細看原來是因為這個盒子!
就這個35x22x4.8的塑膠盒子
裡面大概裝了水銀吧......
報重居然是

如果大家現在拿著iPhone 在滑的話
這幾乎是「9隻iPhone 8」的重量!!!
(或是兩台最大尺寸的iPad pro,或是兩罐600cc礦泉水)
花惹發?我整個傻眼了
馬上聯絡客服
(以下跟客服聯絡的對話當時沒截圖...抱歉)
下午兩點多的時候,客服說好的,去幫我核實重量,需要等一下
等著等著
下午四點多,我忍不住又再問了一次:好了嗎?
客服說:再一兩分鐘喔!請稍等,正在幫您確認
...
...
...
歲月如梭,一秒萬年的到了晚上七八點都沒消息
第三次,我又給了單號,麻煩客服幫我確認一下
終於!客服說

到這個時候,我整個7起來了
先不說如果結論是這個的話,從兩點到八點到底到底在查什麼
二來,雖然可以理解1111物流負擔較大,部分服務可能打折。
可是先付費運來台灣秤,再向客服追討退費的這個機制,不僅麻煩,而且還有不一定(退
費申請)會通過的風險啊......
天知道到台灣後,再申請的退費,能不能「毫無爭議的」通過?萬一客服用什麼理由刁難
,不就錢已付只能摸摸鼻子了嗎?
更不用說我原本一氣之下想退回賣家,結果發現國內段的運費跟運來台灣差不多的這個故
事了...............
突然間開始懷疑自己之前那些重量,都是真的嗎?
