不好意思 想請問板上的大大
在網路上找到一組coupon code(http://0rz.tw/4a2al)
附註如下
Footlocker has 30% off, or 40% off $100 w/ coupon code: FF6CV33L (exp 12/3).
Or use the printable coupon in-store
想說可以網路上用 也可以店裡消費用
於是就上網訂購 可是訂完後 他們說這組code只能店內消費使用 所以線上訂購沒有折扣
想取消訂單 寄信給這網站
他們回信說
We cannot change or cancel your order for in-stock item.
You will not be billed until they have been shipped.
似乎是不能取消 而且款項已被扣款(不知道有沒有誤會他的意思)
想請問各位大大 我該怎麼樣才能取消訂單 拿回扣款呢??
或者不取消訂單 改成我去店裡拿貨 照樣使用這組coupon code享有6折優惠??
(他們會答應嗎??)
還是有其他的解決之道 請各位大大不吝賜教
