大家好,小弟想問有關家電退貨的問題
我爸房間的壞掉很久了,小弟最近逛了很多3C的賣場想購買電視
並且決定想買三星的32吋Full HD TV
後來在新竹COSTCO看到價格最漂亮.五月23號 買下來回家拆封後才發現
我買的型號 LED TV UA32D4000NM 解析度是1360*768 不是Full HD
想要把這台退貨 換成FULL HD TV
購買大概過了兩個禮拜 我有爬文好像在三個月內都可以退貨,可是我已經拆封了
但包裝紙 塑膠袋 說明書 外箱我都有留
這樣可以退貨嗎(TV本身沒什麼問題)
