請問如果實體購物的商品買來7天內有瑕疵(就是自己去實體店家買東西)
但是店家說只能維修,不能換貨
"依法律"可以跟商家要求換貨嗎?
因為最近碰到好幾個人都說商家依法有權不換貨
所以變成各說各話,我是說消保官能幫忙解決
所以是能換貨,但是別人就說依法商家能不換貨
我想搞清楚一下,是否商家能不換貨
我在消保版的精華區看到的都是能換貨
