我英文不好，但看了大家的介紹，所以也在1/18號時下單跟mountaingea訂件Outdoor Research

想說單騎車或上班都可以穿，可是下單後一直到前天都沒收到貨，於是寫了封信去問問～
結果今天就收他的們的回信,全文如下：
Thank you for your order with Mountain Gear! We have been unable to obtain
the necessary verification from your bank regarding your billing
information, so in place of this verification we are asking you to contact
your bank and obtain the approval code for the $134.98 amount we have
currently authorized on your credit card.
The 6-digit approval code is essentially the number that references the
pending transaction and is created by the banks involved and only available
to the merchant involved and card holder. Being able to obtain this
approval code will be sufficient for our verification purposes.

是可以請各位幫助我理解一下，怎麼了？我又該怎麼作？
