就在剛剛接到戴爾客服來電
我是接到筆電的,詢問折價券有沒有收到
我筆電是信用卡扣款的,
客服那邊是說,他負責的是筆電方面的
LCD那邊他不清楚,我是有叫他直接在客戶回應方面
要打上台灣客戶要求戴爾筆電及LCD要依訂單出貨
我在LCD方面有加買一台筆電,我是說他們LCD不出
至少筆電也要出給我吧,如果要出筆電的話
搞不好連LCD會一起出優
會不會想太多呀???
