本來想用抱怨但看板規好像不行的樣子？
今天去全家領淘寶的集運包裹（私人集運），
結果回家拆開發現是……香蕉

我什麼時候在淘寶買香蕉了？？
總之細看箱子外面的單，
發現紫色貨運單上面寫的不是我的名字啊啊啊！
（都怪我太興奮沒好好檢查了TAT
但是旁邊的黑白影印單是我的名字，單號也正確
打電話給新竹物流，給我的回覆是：
那是超商貼錯單，我的貨是跟這件錯的貨同時到超商的
所以請我把包裹搬回超商處理
所以我就搬回超商了，超重的TAT
超商說我的（貼錯單的正確的）貨已經被另外那位收走了
要我把錯的貨放在那邊等他們通知
我後來就回家了，想請問現在只能乾等了嗎？
很想趕快開箱新衣服啊TAT

順帶一問這樣的出錯真的是超商的責任嗎？我的東西如果有損壞要問誰負責？
