我詢問過台灣第二大消保團體
他們表示已經沒有多餘人手可以做此方面訴訟
必須將重點放在更弱勢的族群上,所以很抱歉
====
唉 台灣的消保法規有問題, 讓消保官轉介消保團體打官司就是一個錯誤的機制
現在兩大消保團體都是飽和狀態
也許讓這次成為一個修法的契機吧
讓團體訴訟更容易進行
