賣家說不知情的老公，買了一組全新商品送她，二手的想退給我
我告知：消保法中7日鑑賞期，是指企業經營者經由網拍或郵購所販售的商品。
非商品有瑕疵或與拍賣網頁描述有出入，述不接受退貨！
10/10 我收到負評，同時她在自己的賣場出售我賣給她的二手商品
本來想以負評回敬她，但露天給好評後不能改為負評，只好進行棄標投訴
我想問的是，銀貨兩迄的情況下，不給退貨後，棄標投訴可把負評拿掉嗎？
另一個心得：評價還是別太早給，以免失去反制澳客的武器
