我之前在vitacost買過二次相關產品(不是維他命)，都沒問題，前天在Vitamin Shoppe
買了三瓶 Ocuguard Plus W/Lutein(維他命+葉黃素的產品)，總價67美金，總共才360
粒，進台灣海關應該不會有問題才對。
結果昨天收到Vitamin Shoppe這封信：
Thank you for your most recent order with the Vitamin Shoppe. Shipments of
vitamins require an import license from the National Laboratories of Food
and Drugs, Department of Health.
You need to send us a copy of the above mentioned document before we can
ship the order out.
按Vitamin Shoppe的說法，他們應該還沒寄出貨物，要等我傳真相關文件才會寄出。
我的疑惑是，通常不是出貨到台灣，台灣關稅局有疑問才需要我補資料? 而且印象中
維他命、葉黃素在台灣目前歸類為食品級，照理說不會有問題才是，Vitamin Shoppe
怎麼會要求這個文件，頓時不知道怎麼處理。
我是寄信給Vitamin Shoppe，說無法提供請他們取消訂單並退錢(已用visa付了，他
們網站特別強調不退訂單的 @@")，目前還未回應。請大大幫忙，若Vitamin Shoppe
不給退的話，我要怎麼申請資料呢? 3瓶69美元、總共360粒，也未達海關標準，申請
文件下的來嗎?
