1/31晚上23:55下單，宅配了一箱果汁到高雄，系統寫預計2/2下午13點前到，最後是傍晚
才到。向PChome申請補償被拒絕，他們說晚間10點到隔天12點下單不在24H到貨的
保證範圍。
我的疑問是，即使退讓到2/1的13點下單(在24H到貨的保證下單時間內)，那2/2的13點
也應該送到了。我更早下單，卻反而不能跟更晚下的單一樣請賠償，這邏輯好像有點
怪怪的。寫信去客服問，他們就只丟規定說反正晚上10點到隔天12點就是不補償。
今天我也沒有要求半夜下單要24小時送到，但比照隔天下午下單的標準也不行，這種
規定與解釋有點讓我不是很理解。
想請問大家，各位的認知，還有實際遇到的情況也跟我一樣嗎?
