各位好，我在某購物網站上看到

運費: For a limited period:
Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders over ￡150 (or US$ or €)",
(訂單超過英鎊美金歐元150，全球免運)

關稅: 表示使用 DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)(關稅已包含)

查過DPP意義:"賣方於進口指定地點將貨物交付買方。
賣方須負擔辦理進口報關手續、支付關稅，並負擔將貨物交付買方為止"


需要的物品約為￡450 但最後結算時網頁顯示:
450 (物品金額)
52 (關稅)
25 (運費)
----------共527

To answer your questions as best we can; shipping is applicable to all
orders, we charge a flat rate no matter the size of the item or value.
(我的理解:所有訂單不論金額尺寸我們都收取flat rate)

(我的理解:為了加速報關etc, 您下單時我們先收取關稅，清單頁列給您)


問題1: 網頁標明免運但依然收取flat rate? 是我理解有誤嗎?
(已經再次去信問，但客服還沒回)

問題2: 既然是DDP交貨條件，為何還額外收取關稅呢?
(Farfetch 也是DDP)
