EBAY賣家叫我關dispute - 海外購物

從你的推文就知道，你根本搞不清楚狀況就開dispute

你說你知道Priority mail international的速度，那就等阿，關賣家屁事

兩個禮拜才10個工作天，兩個禮拜後收到也有可能

美國現在連FL天氣都在0度左右，國內運輸受風雪delay，再延一兩天也很正常

我前陣子12月底寄筆電去修，status就顯示delay一天。


第二，usps又不是白痴，沒收到錢就給賣家#，幫賣家寄

既然有tracking#，就代表賣家有寄，usps有收到運費和貨

接下來是usps的事，我如果是賣家，

我裡都不理你，就算delay與我何干，我又不是沒寄

難道status沒更新，就可以懷疑賣家沒寄?

而且，status沒更新也不代表貨物一定delay

他就是沒更新阿，你也不能講什麼。

了不起，下次不寄usps。不過$35這個價，usps flat rate. fedex, ups可能更高。


再來，從他的回信口吻，他似乎想要幫你弄清楚status為什麼沒變

但你沒有給他時間弄清楚就開dispute

這dispute開的也莫名奇妙，又不是貨品寄錯有瑕疵，是因為usps沒更新!?

他也沒有絕對義務幫你查status，而且現在還是在預計的運送時間內

你這麼急，怎不打電話問usps?


你現在要做的是，如他所講的，把dispute取消，

理由可以用他說的，賣家會再寄依次(實際上他不會)

如果我是你，我會跟他道歉，然後問他是否可以代我查詢status的問題
