EBAY賣家叫我關dispute - 海外購物

它寄了一張USPS的收據給我

請以在USPS寄東西經驗的板友們 告訴我

這張是不是 "足以證明" 他真的寄出了

如果這張真的就是收據 我就CLOSE DISPUTE了

因為不能REOPEN 所以請大家幫忙仔細看看 給我意見 謝謝.

PS:本人的住址&電話以塗掉 其他都是跟他寄來的原封不動




最近一次寫給我的信:

When you open a dispute, the money is removed from my account.

I am not mailing another item when I have no funds to pay for it
or the shipping.

Since shipping takes around two weeks, paypal could decide
before delivered and refund you leaving me
without the product or the payment.

All I asked was you to contact me today
and I would resolve if no tracking was sent.

It really complicates the process when you open a dispute
after less than a week has passed.

You have 90 days to dispute and I was
responding to you, so there was no reason to open.

I wish I could ship, but I am stuck.
You can close and say the buyer will ship again
and if anything happened, you always have the ability to reopen.


切入正題,我買了一件HOODIE要送我朋友當禮物,得標之後馬上用PAYPAL信用卡匯款
然後他在一小時之內就傳了 USPS的TRACKING NUMBER給我 還有EBAY通知已經寄出的信件

不過從1月5號 寄出 至今 USPS的STATUS始終為收據狀態

USPS都說了

Status: Electronic Shipping Info Received

The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on January 5
, 2010 to expect your package for mailing.


" This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date."

我懷疑他根本沒寄 只是先印個TRACKING NUMBER出來

之後寫信給它 他說它會補寄一份給我 (就是還沒寄的那份吧)

寫信給它 說我等到1/11 如果USPS還是沒有出現寄出的STATUS 我要開DISPUTE

它也沒有回信 然後我11號當天晚上就開了DISPUTE 它就回信了

說我開了 它的錢全部都鎖著 它要寄不能寄 我跟他說只要寄了我會關 它不要

它要我把它關掉 如果他重寄還是沒有 我可以REOPEN 而且說90天以內都可以開DISPUTE

說我得標一個禮拜內就在開dispute太誇張 paypal也不會因為這樣就退款



所以要請問大大們

1.如果是你們 你要怎麼作(是亞洲人太急性子嘛 很討厭收錢懶散)

2.他說我關掉 可以REOPEN DISPUTE 真的可以嘛

3.他說90天 我怎麼印象是45?

4.我應該關掉讓它寄 還是升級到CLAIM
