我在ebay跟賣家協議購買USD110的物品 (很多東西，拉哩拉雜總共USD 110)
因為賣家想要評價，所以他請我在ebay標USD 11的東西
他請我利用ebay付款系統，透過paypal 支付USD 11
另外餘額USD100，他會另開paypal invoice給我
可是我想要讓交易有保障，畢竟不明不白的透過私下的invoice支付USD100，我會怕怕的
我想要我的交易都在ebay的保護下，以後若有糾紛也方便退款
我透過ebay下標USD 11後，我可不可以先不要按付款??
然後賣家是否可以在ebay的系統下，另外修改新的面額USD 110 的invoice給我?
透過ebay系統發新的invoice給我，我再進行付款
不是透過私下的paypal request money，是讓整個交易還是在ebay的系統下完成
以上的方法是否可行??
因為我沒當過ebay賣家，所以我不清楚對方可以怎麼操作....
以上的方法是我google來的...但我不確定是否可以這樣做??
